What natamycin is
Natamycin is a fungicide of the polyene macrolide group, and is produced by strains of Streptomyces natalensis and other relevant species. Formula C33H47O13N, molecular weight 665,74. White to creamy-white crystalline powder. (Source: EU Regulation 231/2012, E 235.)
