What vitamin E is
We offer vitamin E in both EU forms. E 306, tocopherol-rich extract (mixed tocopherols): obtained by vacuum steam distillation of edible vegetable oil products, comprising concentrated tocopherols and tocotrienols, including d-α-, d-β-, d-γ- and d-δ-tocopherols; a brownish red to red, clear oil. E 307, alpha-tocopherol: dl-α-tocopherol, formula C29H50O2, molecular weight 430,71; a slightly yellow to amber, nearly odourless, clear oil that darkens on exposure to air or light.
